Search across your documents using natural language queries
Receive AI-generated answers with source references

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for:

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.

4.2 Licence to Us

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and analyse Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

4.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to upload and process Your Content
The legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Content
Maintaining backups of Your Content (we are not a backup service)

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

5.3 Payment

Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Google Drive

If you connect your Google Drive, you authorise us to access the folders you select. Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's terms of service.

6.2 AI Processing

The Service uses OpenAI's API to generate embeddings and answers. Your document content is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their API data usage policies.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED ANSWERS
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA (THOUGH WE TAKE REASONABLE MEASURES)

AI-generated answers may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should always verify important information from original sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated answers
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your Content

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
